What: Breakfast is provided by the lodge. There will be a daily hot breakfast option (vegetarian and with meat) and cold items like bakery, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. Breakfast, tea, juice and milk is provided. 

Offsite Activities

When: 8:00-8:45am (leave the lodge for OVF participants)

What: Please see the ACTIVITIES GUIDEBOOK for carpool & Ouray via ferrata (OVF) groups, as well as ideas for what to do if you're not doing the OVF.

• Join OVF participants in Ouray to do a hike, see the town, etc. or stay local in Silverton and go on a mine tour, explore the old town, a hike, or sightsee on a dirt road. Alternatively, chill onsite and hang out.

• Because of the variety of locations and activities, everyone is on their own for lunch.

• Non OVF guests: If you'd like to freshen up before dinner, please try to head back earlier than later to allow OVF participants enough time between the limited showers at the lodge for when they arrive

Dinner

What: Pizza catered as we hear stories about everyone's day! Also will be showing a slideshow and an awards ceremony 👀

What: Breakfast is provided by the lodge. There will be a daily hot breakfast option (vegetarian and with meat) and cold items like bakery, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. Breakfast, tea, juice and milk is provided. 

Free Morning

When: After breakfast

What: Relax at the lodge, go explores town, go for hike - the time is yours. We may be assigning you tasks to help setup/decorate, etc. so keep that in mind.

• NOTE: If you need to iron & steam your clothes, we will have 1 steamer and 1 iron in the lodge. Please try to find time to steam your clothes on Friday or Saturday, don't wait 'til the last minute!

Ceremony

What: The ceremony will be onsite and outdoors! Colorado is prone to afternoon rain showers, so we may need to be flexible with the timing.

Cocktail Hour

What: Meander over to the lodge the cocktails and appetizers. 

Dinner

Attire: Remember it gets chilly after the sun goes down, make sure to grab a jacket, cover-up or blanket before dinner starts!

Check-Out

What: For those of you leaving on Monday, check-out is at 10 am, meaning out of room. A part of your RSVP is sending us your travel details so we can help you coordinate rides to airports/trains/buses.

Note: We will not be covering any lodging fees for Monday night. ~$150/room

Clean Up

What: Those of you staying an extra night can help us clean up and pack!

What: You're on your own! We'll have groceries to makes sandwiches if you want to pack a lunch and explore the area, otherwise there will likely be some leftovers from the wedding dinner. 

Afternoon Activities

What: We would love to go off-roading and explore the area with whoever wants to join us! Alternatively, chill at the lodge or go to town.
